How this public website works, and where to go for private care.
Browsing the website
This public website shares information about our practice, services, and patient education. Online membership enrollment is coming soon. It does not accept patient documents, health questionnaires, or payments.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to a limited set of general practice and membership pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives basic browser and device information. We send the general page address and title, the referring website domain when available, and only approved campaign labels from our own marketing links. We do not send form entries, search terms, arbitrary URL parameters, or patient and account identifiers. Condition guides, exercise guides, private clinic areas, patient portals and demo pages do not load our analytics tag.
No Google Analytics tag loads before you accept. Choose Decline to leave it off, or use Privacy choices on the home page or this page to change your choice. Your choice is saved in this browser for six months. Our analytics cookies expire after six months. Declining after accepting clears our analytics cookies and refreshes the page to stop the tag. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Google’s privacy policy explains how Google processes information.
Appointments and private care
Appointment links open our scheduling service, Jane, which provides its own privacy information. Clinic portal access is separate and by invitation from the practice. Please do not send medical records through ordinary email or public website links; contact the clinic for the appropriate private channel.
External services
Google Maps links and embedded exercise videos may connect to third-party services. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. These providers process requests under their own privacy policies. Our hosting service processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as network addresses and request details.
Patient education
General condition and exercise information is educational and is not an individual diagnosis or treatment plan. Your care recommendations depend on your assessment.
