How the three pillars work together

Hands-on care.
Practical ways forward.

We connect care for your symptoms with support for the things you want to do.

Understand our approach ↗

Chiropractic care starts with an assessment and may include hands-on treatment to help with pain and movement.

Massage therapy focuses on comfort, muscle tension, and recovery needs.

Personal training and therapeutic exercise build strength, movement skills, and confidence through practice.

Our model draws on all three. The right combination—and when to use each—depends on your needs, preferences, and response.

Where do I start if I have pain?

A chiropractic appointment gives Dr. Nick time to assess your concern and discuss suitable care or further evaluation. If you’re unsure which appointment fits, call the clinic.

Do I need all three services?

No. We bring the three pillars into our thinking, then recommend the services and exercises that fit you. The mix can change as your needs and goals change.
